DETOX WITH RENS
For basic detoxification, double preventive daily doses are appropriate. In addition, a number of supplements are being taken to help detoxify go faster with kidney and liver support. Basic detoxification is suitable for all who do not have additional associated problems, such as. genetic defects, lack of vitamins and minerals, high toxicity in the gastrointestinal tract or brain.
The latter require the use of a tailored form of detoxification and should be contacted and consulted with the detoxification practitioners.
All formulas can be used for detoxification using RENS drops. Below you will learn the process of determining the optimum type of droplets for your needs.

Formula H (extra virgin olive oil) is the basic formula, the special one is H AC (apricot kernel oil), the formula HH + is a strengthened and similar formula (a mixture of vegetable oils), with organic sulfur (MSM) added in version F, easier removal of glyphosate

The HN (extra virgin olive oil) formula is the basic formula, the special one is HN AC (apricot kernel oil), the HN + formula is a strengthened and similar formula (a mixture of vegetable oils), and organic sulfur (MSM) is added in version F for easier to remove glyphosate, and in the FS version, CBD is added to remove food allergies.
The weight calculation is used for use, keeping in mind that the most accurate dosage is 6-12 drops at a time. The calculation shows us the recommended daily preventive dose.
For adults
(H or H F versions, same for HN), personal weight in kg divided by 7 is
taken into account and rounded up. The number obtained represents the
number of drops consumed daily.
For adults (HH + or HH + F
versions, the same for HN +), personal weight in kg divided by 14
is taken into account and the result is rounded up. The number obtained
represents the number of drops consumed daily.
For big children
(H BK or H BK F versions, same for HN BK) personal weight in kg
divided by 3.5 is taken into account and rounded up. The number obtained
represents the number of drops consumed daily.
For big children (versions
HH BK + or HH BK + F, the same with HN BK +), personal weight in
kg divided by 7 is taken into account and the result is rounded up. The
number obtained represents the number of drops consumed daily.
For young children
(H JK or H JK F versions, same for HN JK) personal weight in kg
divided by 1.5 is taken into account and rounded up. The number obtained
represents the number of drops consumed daily.
For young children
(HH JK
+ or HH JK + F versions, same for HN JK +), personal weight in kg
divided by 3 is taken into account, rounding the result upwards. The
number obtained represents the number of drops consumed daily.
3-5 minutes before larger meals, a small teaspoon of extra virgin olive
oil is also taken.
It is recommended to eat citrus fruits (tangerines) and watermelons, but
not in excessive quantities.
Because these are higher doses, the
full daily dose is gradually achieved
APPLICATION
Shake the bottle well and applicate the drop onto your finger. Lubricate
drop on the gums or place it under the tongue. If the drop is not dark,
you have not shaken the bottle enough. The exception is with the JK
versions where the drops are brighter.
You can also check the proper mixing by turning the closed bottle upside
down and looking at the light, the bottom should be transparent.
Drops are usually taken in the evening, at bedtime, for at least 60
minutes after other medications or supplements. 15 minutes before and
after the use of the drops do not drink or eat.
In therapy, it is recommended that you write a journal to help you as
much as you need to change (individualize) the protocol.
The diary must include:
consecutive day of therapy, date, number and type of drops and the same
for medication, a brief description of the observations (differences
from the average).
Dosage in the home environment
is usually done by lubricating the drops on the front gums or placing
the drops under the tongue for 3-5 minutes (powder form + oil, etc.).
Daily dosing establishes an optimal dose in one week of regular use in
the blood (RENS is effective approximately one week after use, half-life
is 3-4 days, and is eliminated completely after 10-14 days).
